Kemtron’s wealth of experience in profile design has enabled us to build a portfolio of extrusions suitable for a wide variety of applications. Over the years many custom sections have been successfully developed to meet demanding applications from customers world-wide. In addition our ability to fabricate, self-adhesive back and join materials broadens the applications where extruded profiles can be used. We stock many standard size sponge cords typically from 1.6mm to up to 9.5mm dia, in Silicone sponge, Neoprene & EPDM, along with similar size tube profiles as solid Silicone extrusions. In addition, our in house compounding and extrusion facility enables us to run materials to customer specific requirements such as Fluorosilicone. We also have a ‘D’ section range which is available in silicone sponge SP16 & SP16 V0 and hollow ‘D’ solid silicones.
