	Custom gasket to provide full EMC screening between a system chassis and the rear metal panel attached to it. The rear of the gasket has a self adhesive strip (SAB) to facilitate the gasket staying in place prior to the fitment of the rear panel.

Schlegel 'C' Fold profile (E3263T) custom designed to fit an equipment cabinet enclosure. The gasket is fitted to the body of the enclosure and when a door is closed over the gasket, the section compresses to form a full 360 degree EMC shield around the door/enclosure. Some protection from dust is also achieved, although this is not guaranteed.

This application comprises a steel lid which is then assembled onto a multi cavity unit that requires all cavities to be fully screened and earthed. By fitting the conductive fabric gasket to the corresponding areas on the lid full earthing is achieved along the top of each cavity wall, whilst allowing for any potential flatness problems with the lid to be accomodated. Picture shows individual component parts of the Schlegel material, some of which are simply cut to length, with the outer gasket being notched for ease of fitting around each 90 degree corner on the lid.
