| Moulded sheets are available in Silicone Nickel Graphite (SNG), FluoroSilicone Nickel Graphite (FNG), FluoroSilicone Nickel (FN), Silicone Silver Aluminium (SSA), FluoroSilicone Silver Aluminium (FSA), Silicone Silver Copper (SSC) and FluoroSilicone Silver Copper (FSC) Sheets allow gaskets to be cut using economic rule dies. Where large picture frame gaskets are required it is possible to cut these from moulded or joined frames. All vulcanised joins use the same conductive base compound so full electrical continuity is maintained. This method of manufacture often offers cost savings over cutting from sheet with subsequent loss of waste material, and also allows very large gaskets to be produced. | How to order: | Specify the sheet size code followed by the 3 letter material code and finally the thickness using 4 numerical digits to 1 decimal place. |
| Examples: | Fluorosilicone Nickel Graphite 150mm x 150mm x 0.8mm would read 1210-FNG-0008 Silicone Silver Aluminium 250mm x 300mm x 1.5mm would read 1211-SSA-0015 |
