Conductive Silicone & Fluorosilicone Elastomers |
| Conductive elastomers are fully post cured silicones or fluorosilicones loaded with highly conductive particles providing low contact resistance between mating surfaces. The various fillers are designed to ensure galvanic compatibility between the surfaces. Extruded profiles are available in continuous lengths or fabricated to your requirements. Conductive elastomers are for use in enclosures where space is limited and high shielding performance is required with the benefit of an environmental seal.

| These materials form a very effective solution to applications requiring a high level of EMC shielding combined with the need to have an effective environmental seal in one gasket. Care should be taken in the choice of the conductive filler, to match the galvanic properties of the filler as near as possible to that of the contact metal.
